Warranty Information

Our limited warranty for cleaning and repair is an industry leading feature that applies to our applique (Five Year Warranty) and digitally imaged (Three Year Warranty) Bust-Out Banners, Battle Flags, and Single Letter Flags.

We will clean and inspect these items annually at no charge. As a part of the inspection, we will do stitching repairs, velcro repair or replacement, header repair and replacement, hole repair, the annual cleaning, and we will ship it back to you at our expense.

The limited warranty DOES NOT cover mildew damage that occurs when fabric is stored while it is still damp.

All warranty service must be received no later than March. Anything received after that time can not be guaranteed to be returned in time for your first game of the season.
